Meteo France Reports Persistent Soil Drought Across French Regions Despite Heavy October Rainfall and Recent Mediterranean Storms

National meteorological service Meteo France confirmed that despite intense rainfall and severe storms that brought months worth of precipitation to parts of the south and Corsica, cumulative soil moisture levels remain abnormally low, keeping drought conditions active across large parts of the country.
