Météo-France Reports Insufficient Rainfall Relief Across France Despite Late October Storms and Heavy Precipitation

Météo-France confirmed that despite heavy October rainstorms and localized downpours in the south-east and Corsica, overall precipitation levels remain insufficient to reverse the historic and persistent drought conditions affecting soils across a large part of the French territory.
