Météo-France Confirms Persistent National Soil Drought Despite Heavy Regional Rainfall and Mediterranean Storms

Météo-France announced that despite significant precipitation and intense Mediterranean storms bringing up to three months of rain to parts of the southeast, overall soil moisture levels across France remain abnormally low following an exceptionally hot and dry September, keeping water resource committees on high alert.
