Italian rider Jonathan Milan secured victory in Stage 17 of the Tour de France, navigating treacherous conditions and a chaotic final sprint in Valence to claim his second stage win of the race.

Heavy rain led to multiple crashes in the final kilometer, with several top sprinters taken out of contention.

Despite the disruption, Milan powered through to tighten his grip on the green jersey, while race leader Tadej Pogačar retained his position atop the general classification.
