French Prosecutors Open Preliminary War Crimes Inquiry Linked to Gaza Aid Flotilla Incident

France’s National Anti-Terrorism Prosecutor’s Office has launched a preliminary investigation into allegations of torture and war crimes involving French nationals during the interception of a Gaza-bound aid flotilla, following a formal referral by Foreign Minister Jean-Noël Barrot.
