France cuts 2026 growth forecast as geopolitical turmoil weighs on the economy

Finance Minister Roland Lescure has lowered France’s 2026 growth forecast to zero point seven percent from zero point nine percent, citing weak industrial output and trade disruptions linked to conflicts in the Middle East.
