France Begins Enforcing EU Artificial Intelligence Act Compliance Rules for High-Risk Technology

French data protection and digital regulators have begun enforcing requirements under the European Union's Artificial Intelligence Act, requiring high-risk technology developers and companies to establish compliance procedures, human oversight and official certification.
